ファーモグラフは、微生物発酵などによって発生するガス量の計測装置です。ファーモグラフIIIは「日本イースト工業会のパン用酵母試験法」で採択されたファーモグラフの後継機種です。
最大20点までの試料のガス発生量を同時並行で自動測定できる装置で、微生物酵母などの発酵能力や培地／生地組成、発酵条件を評価して育種・開発・品管等にご利用できます。

Fermentograph is a measuring device for the amount of gas produced through microbial fermentation and similar processes.
The Fermentograph III is a successor model adopted by the Japan Yeast Industry Association for the "Bread Yeast Testing Method".
It is capable of automatically measuring the gas production of up to 20 samples simultaneously and in parallel.
