Clucレポーターアッセイキットは、ウミホタル由来の分泌型ルシフェラーゼの遺伝子・ベクターと発光基質を含む、レポーターアッセイキットです。
細胞外に分泌されるという特長を持ち、細胞毒性も低いことから、長期間の培養に対応できる他、細胞や組織外に分泌されたルシフェラーゼを回収しつつ経時的な変化を調べるexo vivoの測定系を作ることが出来ます。
